For most Minnesota homes, twice a year does it — once in spring after the salt, sand and pollen, and once in fall before the weather turns. If you're near a busy road, have sprinklers hitting the glass, or just want them looking sharp year-round, quarterly is worth it.

Yes — screens and tracks are included in our standard interior-and-exterior window cleaning, not tacked on as an upsell. Clean glass behind a dirty screen still looks dirty, so there's no point doing it any other way.

Once a year in late fall is the bare minimum. If you have mature trees hanging over the roof — and a lot of Blaine and Coon Rapids lots do — you want spring and fall.

The late-fall clean is the important one. Gutters that go into winter packed with wet leaves are how ice dams start, and an ice dam repair costs many times what a cleaning does.

Earlier than you'd think. Most of our installs get scheduled through October and November, and the calendar fills before the first real cold snap.

The easiest option is to book it alongside your fall gutter cleaning — we're already up there, so it's one visit instead of two.

Either way works. We're happy to hang the lights you already have, and if you'd rather not deal with storing and replacing them, we can supply them instead.

Everything gets clipped on — never stapled or nailed — so there are no holes left in your fascia or shingles when it comes down.

Call us and we come back out. Wind, ice and squirrels all take their toll over a Minnesota winter, and getting back up a frozen ladder is exactly the thing you hired us to avoid. Takedown in January is included too.

We'll call you and reschedule at no charge. Light rain doesn't actually undo a proper window cleaning — it's dirt and film that cause streaks, not clean water — but we won't put anyone on a wet roof, and we won't pretend otherwise.

For exterior-only work — gutters, outside glass, holiday lights — no. We just need access to the property and an outside water spigot. For interior window cleaning someone does need to let us in, but you're welcome to go about your day once we're started.

It depends on real things: how many windows, how many stories, how long the gutter runs are, and how much access we have. Anyone quoting you a firm price before seeing the property is guessing — and that guess usually goes up on the day.

Yes. Walker Window Works LLC carries liability insurance and we're happy to send a certificate of insurance before we start — property managers and HOAs usually want one on file, and homeowners are welcome to ask for it too.
