Meet Caleb
Hi — I'm Caleb Walker, and I own Walker Window Works
I spent five years in this trade before starting Walker Window Works, and it was something I kept seeing from the inside that made me go out on my own: when you hire a big, established company, the quality you actually get comes down to which crew they happen to send out that morning. The name on the truck isn't what cleans your windows — the person holding the squeegee is, and that person keeps changing.
Running this as a one-man crew takes that gamble off the table completely. Every window on your house is cleaned by me, so the standard doesn't drift between crews, between visits, or between seasons. Those same five years are also why I was requested by name to lead the crew on the windows at Cargill's headquarters — that's me on that job in the photo here. It isn't work that gets handed to someone whose results need checking afterward.
So that's what I built the business around. You get a real number before we start. You get the same person on the phone and on the roof. And you get photos when it's finished, whether you were home or not.
We're based in Blaine and most of our work is right here in the north metro — Coon Rapids, Andover, Ham Lake, Spring Lake Park, Fridley. If you're within about 45 minutes of Blaine, we'll come to you.

Four things we don't compromise on
Real arrival times
You get an actual window, not "sometime Tuesday." If we're running behind, you hear it from us before you have to ask.
Respect for the property
Landscaping covered, ladders padded, screens tracked so they go back in the window they came out of. We clean up before we leave.
Work we'd sign
If it isn't right, tell us and we come back. That's the whole guarantee — no forms, no fine print, no arguing about it.
What To Expect
What a job with us actually looks like
- We confirm the day before. A text with the arrival window so you're not sitting around waiting.
- We walk the property first. Point out anything unexpected before a tool comes off the truck.
- We protect what's underneath. Plants rinsed and covered, walkways kept clear.
- We flag problems, not upsells. Loose gutter hangers or rot on the fascia — you'll hear about it even though we don't fix it.
- We text you photos. Before and after, so you can see the parts of your house you never see.
