Locally owned & operated in Blaine, MN
Walker Window Works is a Blaine-based exterior cleaning company. We clean windows until they disappear, clear out gutters before they cost you a repair bill, and hang your holiday lights so you never touch a December ladder — then we clean up after ourselves and get out of your way.
What We Do
Whether it's a two-story in Blaine or a storefront off Highway 65, we bring the same gear, the same process, and the same standard.
Inside and out, tracks and sills included. The kind of clean where you notice the view again.
Storefronts, offices and multi-unit buildings on a schedule that keeps the glass looking new.
Hand-cleared, bagged and hauled away — then we flush the downspouts to prove they run.
We hang them, we fix them when the wind gets them, and we take them down in January.

After
A season of maple leaves removed by hand, bagged, and the downspout flushed clean.
Before
After
Same house, same afternoon. Dirty glass catches the light as a haze; clean glass disappears and gives you the view back.

Call, text, or fill out the form. Rough window count and a couple of photos is usually all we need.
You get a real number up front — not a "starting at" figure that doubles on the day.
We work clean, respect your landscaping, and text you before-and-after photos when we finish.
Meet The Owner
Walker Window Works is owned and run by Caleb Walker right here in Blaine. When you call, you get the person who's going to be on your roof. When something isn't right, you're not filing a ticket — you're texting the owner.
Good Questions
For most Minnesota homes, twice a year does it — once in spring after the salt, sand and pollen, and once in fall before the weather turns. If you're near a busy road, have sprinklers hitting the glass, or just want them looking sharp year-round, quarterly is worth it.
Yes — screens and tracks are included in our standard interior-and-exterior window cleaning, not tacked on as an upsell. Clean glass behind a dirty screen still looks dirty, so there's no point doing it any other way.
We'll call you and reschedule at no charge. Light rain doesn't actually undo a proper window cleaning — it's dirt and film that cause streaks, not clean water — but we won't put anyone on a wet roof, and we won't pretend otherwise.
For exterior-only work — gutters, outside glass, holiday lights — no. We just need access to the property and an outside water spigot. For interior window cleaning someone does need to let us in, but you're welcome to go about your day once we're started.
